I had an very welcoming experience with these guys. There wasn't any transparency and everyone was very honest with me. My salesman Khalil went out of his way and above and beyond to get me into a newer vehicle so if you want someone that's there to help you amd not make a quick buck ask for Khalil. I won't be going anywhere else anytime soon!

Terry is and has always been very informative and professional. We simply are not able to have our brake lights repaired @ $219.00 per hour, labor with no time estimate. We don't have a bottomless account. Kia claims that there are no campaigns or recalls, yet our internet research indicates that there are others out there experiencing the same issue with brake lights. We don't know yet what we will do.

John at the Medford service department was extremely helpful getting my granddaughters car fixed right away. She actually lives up by near Portland and she came down for a couple of days but then her service engine light started flashing. They were booked out for a couple of weeks but managed to squeeze her in right away and get her car fixed. We’ve never had anything but excellent service at this location.

A bit expensive for an oil change /inspection, but service was prompt and courteous. I'd rather pay the extra than risk going to one of the convenience oil change stops...where one time they forgot to add the oil! So to me it's worth going to a competent dealership.
Excellent experience! The estimate of time literally spot on, the lobby was clean and nicely lit and I was able to enjoy a hot cup of tea while I waited. Spencer and his team were informative and had great customer service. I will most certainly return for any Kia services needed. 👍

Staff are friendly fast and give thorough service each time. Also there are comfortable customer accommodations while waiting. Appointments easy to make. Highly recommend any of course I luv my KIA!
